LaVonda serves is the Chief Executive Officer.  She has over twenty years of experience in project and risk management and compliance. LaVonda has successfully managed and developed risk management, emergency management, and compliance programs while working in public health and healthcare administration.

Shaun Johnson

Shaun  is the Chief Operating Officer for Finesse Builders, LLC.  Mr. Johnson started in the construction industry 30 years ago, learning minor to major home improvement and remodeling. Over the years and as the demand for construction grew, Mr. Johnson, became licensed as a residential builder in 2009. Today Finesse Builders, LLC is made of a team of skilled staff and contractors with over 60  years of experience, collectively.  Finesse Builders, LLC will do their utmost to provide quality services and meet any deadline.
